Tourist tax is included in the price. Amount of sojourn tax per person: 7 kn adults, children from 0 to 12 years have a 50% discount. The landlord pays 13% VAT according to the provisions of the VAT Act.

From 1.04 to 30.09 the sojourn tax is 10kn for an adult. From 1.10 to 31.03 the sojourn tax is 7kn for an adult.

The rental price includes the use of internet, heating, air conditioning, el. energy and gas, equipment and appliances, towels, bed linen, soap, dishwashing detergent. The price also includes final cleaning, however, please leave the apartment clean and tidy, as you found it.

There is free parking and a children’s playground at your own risk. The price of the apartment includes the use of bicycles in the building and swimming in the pools of Terme Sv. Martin. Use one bracelet for the whole family, which is waiting for you in the apartment. You can scan the bracelet once a day at the entrance to the pools. Admission to the pools is free for children up to 6 years old. The indoor pools are open all year from 10:00 to 20:00. Outdoor pools Aquapark are open seasonally / in summer. Loss of the bracelet is charged HRK 100.00.

The apartment will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and until 10:00 on the day of departure.

Method of payment: prepayment by proforma invoice.

The lost key is charged in the amount of 150,00 kn / 20 €.

For your safety, the apartment has an anti-burglary door, and you can store money and valuables in the safe. However, guests are obliged to take care of the safety of things and valuables left in the apartment and the host is not responsible for their disappearance. Lock the front door of the apartment when you are inside, and when you go out, be sure to lock the doors and windows, turn off the air conditioning or heating, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances. The owner of the facility has the right in the absence of the guest, in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner of the facility is obliged to inform the guest about his entry into the apartment in the first next contact. It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, cause riots and disturb other guests and tenants, and especially make noise between 22:00 and 08:00.

Only those guests who are registered on arrival are allowed to stay in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment (allowed on the balcony) organizing parties and the stay of more people than agreed will be considered a violation of the terms of the lease.

It is forbidden to take out equipment and devices from the apartment. If the equipment in the apartment disappears or the equipment, installations, furniture, devices are damaged, the guest is obliged to immediately inform the host. If the disappearance or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to reimburse the appropriate equivalent on the spot. The apartment may not be used for activities contrary to Croatian law. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest further provision of services.

The host undertakes to protect your privacy, and will not provide third parties with information about your stay in the apartment. However, due to the legal obligation to report guests to the Tourist Board of Sveti Martin na Muri, payment of sojourn tax, and the obligation to report your stay to the police, if you are a foreigner outside the EU to legally regulate your stay in Croatia, please send your ID card or passport scanned. to the host immediately upon confirmation of the reservation for registration with the Tourist Office. You can send a photo of your ID or passport to email, viber or whatsup.

Not. All fees and VAT are already included in the price.

You do not have to print the invoice. We save paper!

When confirming the reservation, you receive a code for the smart lock.

Reservations

If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days before the booked date, the cancellation is free of charge and we will refund the full amount paid for the arrangement.

If you cancel the reservation in the period 13 to 3 days before the booked date – we will refund 50% of the paid amount of the arrangement.

Cancellation 3 days before the booked date – we keep the entire amount of the paid arrangement.

In case of cancellation caused by Covid-19 or death (with proof), we offer you a transfer of the reservation for later in the year. The price will be determined according to the seasonal price and conditions valid on the actual date of stay.
